Careers learning in this subject contributes to Kickstart’s wider careers programme and the Gatsby Benchmarks. Through our work with Future Focus, students receive individual support to explore suitable pathways, make applications and prepare for a positive post-16 transition. The Award develops behaviours valued by colleges, training providers and employers, including reliability, teamwork, initiative, organisation and resilience.
